Peanuts Milk Recipe
Peanuts are rich in protein, fat, and fiber. While peanuts may have a large amount of fat, most of the fats they contain are known as “good fats.” These kinds of fats actually help lower your cholesterol levels.
Ingredients:
– Place 70g of peanuts in a bowl or jar and cover with water. Soak the peanuts for at least six hours.
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 2 pitted dates
– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
– About 500ml water
Add all ingredients to the Nut Milk Maker and run through one “Nut Milk”.
Serve and enjoy your homemade Peanuts milk!
